At Waypoint, our Youth Team is passionate about creating a space where teenagers can encounter the living God, build lasting friendships, and discover their identity in Christ through discipleship and His Word. The Waypoint Host Team creates a welcoming, engaging environment where people feel seen, valued, and at home. Through intentional hospitality, greeting, and ushering, we help remove distractions and create space for meaningful worship and connection—so everyone who walks through the doors can encounter God and take their next step in faith.

The Waypoint Facility Team cares for the spaces where ministry happens. From fixing a clogged sink or replacing a toilet seat to troubleshooting small electrical or building issues, this team helps keep our campus safe, functional, and ready for people to gather.

We’re building a pool of dependable, handy people we can reach out to as needs arise throughout the week. If you enjoy fixing things and using practical skills to serve behind the scenes, this is a meaningful way to make a difference at Waypoint.

The Waypoint Worship Team creates an environment where people can encounter God through authentic, Christ-centered worship. Through music, prayer, and creative expression, we help lead the church in responding to who God is and what He has done. By pursuing excellence and humility, we create space for hearts to be stirred, faith to grow, and lives to be shaped by the presence of God.
